Enrique Iglesias revealed the key to his personal and professional well-being: exercise the mind and the spirit, surround yourself with positive things and people.

“More than love, my spirit is what always has kept me strong. I believe that exercising my spirit is a mandatory task for me. It gives me a lot peace and serenity, which is very difficult in a career like this, where everything goes so fast that sometimes I don’t know if it’s night or day, or what month it is.

“I am a person who admits it when I’m told that I’m not doing something right. If I make a mistake and have errors, it makes me grow and move forward. I prefer to focus on the good and not the bad things that have happened to me. I have friends, family, people who are like me, and that is that encourages me and makes me put everything in perspective. That gives me stability,” said the 41-year-old singer.

When he has triumphs in his career more people come into his life, but in the middle of a failure, they turn away.

“In my phone calls, I detect it; if I’m having a success, I marked. If they know that I’m doing well, they’re here, but if I have a failure or if something bad happens, they disappear.”

One of the most popular Latino sex symbols, Iglesias, has controlled headlines with his almost 15-year relationship with tennis player, Anna Kournikova. Are they already married?

“Is that I’ve lasted more with my manager and friend (Fernando Giacardi), than with my girlfriend, because I’ve known him since I was 19 years old, and so we have the more serious relationship that exists in my life. We have good times, bad times, but that is what strengthens a relationship.”
